Equality Act Update: Religious Freedom in Jeopardy

Image
FROM THE DESK OF FRANKLIN GRAHAM                                                       Your Prayers and action is neeeded!   Dear Friend, Late last week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a very dangerous piece of legislation—the Equality Act—and now it’s headed to the Senate. The Biden Administration has said they want to pass this within their first 100 days. I cannot say this more emphatically—for people, for businesses, for churches, and for ministries of faith, the Equality Act is a threat to life as we know it in our nation today. It’s a real game-changer. This is not about politics—it’s about Biblical truth and religious freedom. I urge you to contact your  U.S. senators  and ask them to  vote NO to the Equality Act . You can also call the U.S. Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121, and they will connect you with ...

Who Owns Private Prisons? Most Likely, Not You!

Image
By Amy Orr The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has been on the receiving end of  public scrutiny  for its controversial holdings in America’s two largest private prison companies – the  Corrections Corporation of America (CCA)  and the  GEO Group (GEO) . Why the controversy? Because CCA and GEO are notorious for their aggressive drive toward profit maximization at all costs – even in ways that exacerbate the social inequities that the Gates Foundation is supposedly organized to fix. Before jumping on the bandwagon of criticizing Gates’ Foundation investments, we at the  FB Heron Foundation  decided to take a look at our own portfolio. We learned that Heron is also passively invested in GEO and CCA. In fact, anyone with broad passive exposure to the U.S. equity market through his or her pension or 401(k) plan is likely to have ownership of both companies. Surprise! Gates isn’t the only one. Like many private foundations, Gates invests its...

COVID A Hoax?

Image
I am so confused! How is that people don't see this thing for what it is. In my community everyone hangs out without a mask. They are dancing, singing, rapping, it is like a constant block party; this has been going on every since COVID hit, no cases. Same people all the time and again; no one has corona. I have had 1 case in my family it was a cousin but she recovered as quickly as the President.  None of these people have been effected by the virus . Moreover, the democrats are protecting one part of the military industrial complex and that is the prison system. COVID-19 somehow has not greatly effected the most transient institution next to the h ospital of all institutions and that is the prison system. The only people that I have read that comes up with COVID has gone to the hospital. Moreover, the hospital is also where there have been great number of false positives called out by the individuals effected. Something is not right it is just not right. After all this tim...
