HE WHO HAS AN EAR LET HIM HEAR!

By: Willy Bill| The Cafe' Blog| Politics of Systemic Change

The President of the United States holds the ultimate authority over entry to the White House. Because the White House is both a secure federal building and the official residence of the Chief Executive, the President—and by extension, the administration—maintains absolute control over its physical premises and access controls. [1, 2]
This authority is recorded and established across multiple layers of law and regulation:
  • The U.S. Constitution (Article II): Article II vests the executive power of the United States entirely in the President. As the head of the Executive Branch and Commander-in-Chief, the President has inherent constitutional authority to secure the executive mansion and control who is permitted on its grounds. [1, 2, 3]
  • Federal Law (3 U.S.C. § 202): Under Title 3 of the United States Code, the U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division is statutory mandated to protect the White House and its grounds. This security agency operates under the direct command of the executive branch to enforce the President's access policies.
  • Federal Regulations (36 CFR Part 734): The day-to-day rules governing public admission, closures, and security screening on the White House estate are codified in the Code of Federal Regulations. While the White House Visitors Office manages public tours, everyone entering must clear a Secret Service background check and adhere to the administration's physical access restrictions.

Zuckerberg Drops Off Billionaires Index as Facebook Falls

Image
Washington: Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has dropped off Bloomberg's list of the richest 40 billionaires in the world after his social networking firm’s disastrous launch on the US stockmarket. Earlier, Bloomberg's Billionaire Index had declared Zuckerberg the 29th richest person on Earth after Facebook Inc. sold 421.2 million shares valued for 38 dollars each. But now, the Facebook founder has fallen off the list entirely, The Los Angles Times reports. Zuckerberg's net worth reached a peak of 19.4 billion dollars on May 18 , the first day of the Facebook IPO, when shares of the company closed at 38.23 dollars. By Tuesday, Facebook shares had dropped to just 28.84 dollars a share, and Zuckerberg's fortune was down to 14.7 billion dollars. Bloomberg's index measures only the wealth of the top 40 richest people in the world, and as of now, Zuckerberg is 800,000 dollars behind the current No. 40 on the list, Luis Carlo...

The Cafe' Thi nk Tank HE WHO HAS AN EAR LET HIM HEAR! By: Willy Bill| The Cafe' Blog| Politics of Systemic Change Recently, I interviewed several people about the current political climate, and what I found was both revealing and perplexing. Most of them believed that Donald Trump was trying to become a dictator and that he planned to cut all entitlement programs — Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, welfare, and disability. I shared my own experience from a town hall meeting with Senator Van Hollen and Angela Alsobrooks, where they had stirred fear among seniors about potentially losing their Social Security and Medicare benefits. The room was filled with anxiety — people truly believed they were under threat. But the truth is, Trump has talked about raising Social Security benefits. When I reminded them that some seniors had already received raises, they acknowledged it — then quickly shifted to immigration. “Yeah, and he wants to go after illegals!” one said. “He’s ill...

"Black" People In America; You Must Get Out Of The Racial Conundrum!

The Cafe' Thi nk Tank HE WHO HAS AN EAR LET HIM HEAR! By: Willy Bill| The Cafe' Blog| Politics of Systemic Change   I have gravelled over whether or not to write this blog, because I know many of my own people — “Black” people — may scoff at my thoughts. My concern is that they might assume I believe Black people are divinely cursed. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, I believe that Black people are the people of God — His chosen. That is power! Not power given by men, but power established by the will of GOD HIMSELF. Yet this power is only fully realized when we walk in the perfect will of GOD. Until we return to HIM fully, we will continue to be hoodwinked, bamboozled, and run amok. But the truth of who we are remains unchanged: GOD’s covenant still stands.   The Covenant People: Rediscovering Our Identity and Power in God Part 1 – The Proof of Who We Are This is not a claim based on emotion or pride. It is written in the Scriptures. Genesis 22:18 – “And i...
